I've worked in the fitness industry for over 15 years working for many different types of fitness clubs, under several different position.
I've always had a great love of fitness and in my 20s started to attend regular exercise to music classes which continued throughout my 30s. Once into my late 30's I decided to make a career change and work in the industry that gave me so much pleasure.
Having working all over England and Scotland I have trained mostly ladies, of all ages to achieve their aspired goals, whether it be optimal fitness to access service forces or personal weight loss and fitness goals to elevate self esteem.
Having moved to Southend On Sea in 2006 I have worked as a one to one trainer/nutritionist/gym manager/group exercise instructor.
Throughout the years I have always achieved success with clients through my guidance and their hard work.

NUTRITION
Nutrition is the key to any weight management and exercise programme alongside One to One training. I offer dedicated menu plans to each client to assist speedier weight loss results. Menu plans contain meal suggestion for breakfast lunch and dinner designed around the clients personal choices of food.
Nutrition packages are offered separately to One to One training on a stand alone basis or part of " Weigh in and Workout"
